Privacy and cookie policy
1. Data controller
This policy covers the MamyDeal website (mamydeal.pl) and the @mamydeal profile. The controller of personal data is Maciej Kankowski, trading as mackan.it. Contact the controller at: email.
2. Google Analytics – only with your consent
We want to know how many people visit the site and which sections they read. For that we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We load Google’s script only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Until you decide, and if you click “Reject”, the site sends no request to Google. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Once you consent, Google Analytics collects, among other things, your IP address (Google does not store it in GA4), browser and device type, pages visited, time on site and approximate location. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. The basis for the transfer is the European Commission’s decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by standard contractual clauses. We keep data in Google Analytics for 14 months.

4. How to change or withdraw consent
Click “Cookie settings” in the site footer: the banner opens again and you can choose “Reject”. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Messages and correspondence
If you message us on Instagram or email the controller, we process the data in your message: profile name or email address, name, company name and the content of your enquiry. We do this to reply and to prepare a collaboration proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and any resulting collaboration.
6. Instagram
The site contains links to the @mamydeal profile on Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). The site does not embed any Instagram content and does not connect to Meta until you click a link. Once you go to Instagram, Meta’s privacy policy applies. Messages sent on Instagram pass through Meta’s servers.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
